Is San Francisco's "The Wok Shop" gone?
For some reason I have a 16" cast iron wok, and a 12" carbon steel wok, but no 14", and I want to get one/season it up for my new cooktop. I don't like working with amazoid anymore, anyone else recommend a smaller shop that has the goods?
