We do this one whenever we can get figs (usually by pilfering from neighborhood trees (ours died)).  Goat and/or blue cheese are nice additions.  Also balsamic drizzle.  Looks great.

Nice looking pies.  I do like that vodka sauce from the Forkish book.  I've made and used it several times.  We actually use the same sauce just with regular pasta on occasion.

@alaskanassasin the only recipe I used from Elements was the sausage pizza with the vodka reduction sauce, but my dough recipe is from Forkish’ other book (FWSY), and I use the overnight dough recipe.
