We do this one whenever we can get figs (usually by pilfering from neighborhood trees (ours died)). Goat and/or blue cheese are nice additions. Also balsamic drizzle. Looks great.

@alaskanassasin the only recipe I used from Elements was the sausage pizza with the vodka reduction sauce, but my dough recipe is from Forkish’ other book (FWSY), and I use the overnight dough recipe.alaskanassasin said:Nice combo. which recipe did you use in the book did you use?
