My take on nachos after having them at El Vez restaurant in NYC a couple years ago. 2 kinds of chips, black beans, roasted corn, queso and jack cheese, highly seasoned ground beef, candied japalenos, pickled onions, tomatoes, sour cream and green onions. Heaven!!!
