Easy. I put my sauce container on the kitchen scale, set to read in grams.JohnInCarolina said:
That's a ... very precise proportion. How do you manage to get that in practice?OhioEgger said:For my family I mix Blues Hog with Tennessee Red in an 85/15% proportion. Everyone likes it.
Pour in 150 g of Tennessee Red, then add Blues Hog until it reads 1,000 grams.
Shake well to mix it up.
But how did you arrive at that level of precision? I'm just wondering how many other proportions you tried before settling on that one."I've made a note never to piss you two off." - Stike

I read somewhere on here that the two mixed well, so I made three small batches of 10, 15, and 20% red. SWMBO liked the 15% best so I've just stuck with that. If she had been diffident about it I would have tried other combinations. But how did you arrive at that level of precision? I'm just wondering how many other proportions you tried before settling on that one.Cincinnati, Ohio. Large BGE since 2011. Still learning.
