Trying to find a way to cook baby back ribs on my Small...have you done it? If so what was your setup and how many were you able to fit?

With just one rack I’d cut them in half and go indirect if you have a PS or stone.  If more than 1 rack I’d cut them and and use skewers to stick them together standing up and spaced for airflow.

    As above. Like this.

XXL BGE, Karebecue, Klose BYC, Chargiller Akorn Kamado, Weber Smokey Mountain, Grand Turbo gasser, Weber Smoky Joe, and the wheelbarrow that my grandfather used to cook steaks from his cattle

Like others said above. Just depends on your expectations. The more you jam in the Egg the harder it is to get even cooking. One nice rack cut in half is easy.
