Mix ground turkey, bread crumbs, ground almonds, chile paste, garlic, ginger, garam masala, lemon juice, cilantro and Yogurt (I think this supplies the fat needed that ground turkey doesn't have much of), let set in the frig a couple hours. Form into burgers, grill to your liking. I made mine on a bun, mayo, sliced tomato and more cilantro.

Easily the juiciest turkey burger I've ever made (although that's a total of half-dozen or so). Will definitely be making these again!
