What do you call

the bolts/pins that go between the band and ceramic that hold the handle on?

Part # would be very helpful

    They are a type of self clinching stud.

    1/4 20 clinch stud. I believe they're 1/2” long. You can buy a bag of them at fastenal

    I have some....silver, gold, and green.  Which ones do you need?

    Self clinch stud is the technical name, some call them cinch studs though.

    Talk to your dealer. I've had to get replacements and they had extra in stock. No charge on my end.
