Pork Loin Rib End French Rack

Pork Loin on the menu today.

Rub is Meatheads 'Memphis Dust', on the MiniMax.  A little Maple chips added.



A little Rosemary and about to close for the cook.



Hour or so later, it's ready!



Rested and sliced (cut the top of the photo ... was getting hungry)



Plated:  Garlic Mash Potatoes, Fresh Corn, grilled zucchini, carrots and home made apple sauce.
