First steak in a while

Grass fed seasoned with smoked sea salt and coarse pepper grind. Seared over 800 degrees.


I seared each side for about 1.5 min. I then inserted the indirect stone and could each side for about 3 min.



Was great tasting. Nice and simple cooks are my favorites. 

The middle was still a little too rare than I prefer but I ate it anyways
