Ranch Dressing Just Wondering Mind you.

Back in the '50's and 60's my uncle ran a Dude Ranch in Wyoming. I worked there most summers in the stables  taking care of the horses was never much of a cowboy. He did pretty good, the neighboring ranches, working, real ranches, not so good but we were all good friends. In all those years there with my uncle, visits with the neighbors, I never once saw buttermilk, can't remember ever seeing mayonnaise, salt-pepper-chili powder where the most common spices my uncle had a pepper patch for the best hottest ones. Just wondering mind you, which ranch invented the Ranch Dressing which people sometimes recommend for chicken/pork/fish?

Pretty sure my kids would have died from starvation had it not been for ranch.

I can only say I have hunted a lot in the bush and I do know some bush pilots.  If your ever in Anchorage check out The Great Alaskan Bush Company.

I think I've heard of them.  Isn't their slogan "If you love our mountains... wait until you see our bush!"  ?
