Hopefully the grand finale of the weekend. Never done beef ribs before. Going all in with the 5lb rack.

Agree.  This was a celebration in the afternoon of the Deutscher Pokal Meister!  FC Bayern won the "German Cup" yesterday, so had to celebrate with their brand sponsor.
