I have a medium size Cole & Mason similar to the one above. Good for everyday but when grinding enough for a brisket I have to go to the bullpen for a reliever.
Spice grinder may be in order.

For large cuts like Brisket I just use the course pre-ground stuff.

The Turkish grinders look nice, but I can never get mine to grind as course as I would like.
