    How is cutting pay and less cops going to get us better qualified applicants with more training? This argument doesnt make any sense. I got rear ended which turned into a hit and run 24 days ago and have called the police office and was told a detective will call me. They cant tell me when. We are basically on our own now. Go democrats.
