Cheekin and taters

Spatchcock chicken with duck fat potatoes. 

Chicken seasoned with lemon pepper seasoning and potatoes seasoned with salt, pepper, onion and garlic powders, with crushed garlic cloves and duck fat. 

No plated pics. Served with leftover veggies.

    That’s top notch eating right there. Little touches like the duck fat can elevate simple meals to a whole new level. Well done.

    Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. 
    "Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"
