I have more on the way. My first time growing them.  Ribeye for Father’s Day; slow, raised direct, then hot direct after a rest.
I like my butt rubbed and my pork pulled.

I've got zucchini coming out of my ears right now. Here's a really good recipe for something different once you get tired of grilling it. We've always got basil and mint coming in this time of year too so it's a great match. Shave it really thin and be sure to stop when you reach the seeds.

Thanks.  Jealous you have so many.   I'm in Zone 7A here outside of Richmond, VA.  Where are you?  Somewhere South?

Sauté some sweet onion in a little olive oil. When it turns translucent add cut up zukes and season with Italian seasoning and a bit of cayenne. Salt to taste.

No zukes this year for me but plenty of patty pan and crookneck squash plus small pie pumpkins.

Same Zone more or less... I'm an hour South of Nashville. It's been an usually cool Spring and it took several weeks longer than it usually does for my squash and Zucchini to get going.

Thanks for the recipes. Picked 2nd one today. More coming. I hope there are so many that I have to get creative on how to use them.

Nice! I pulled my first one out last night. If it hasn't already been mentioned, zucchini bread is one of my favorites. If you want a recipe, let me know I my wife has one.

  • We don't have them coming out our ears but we have had a good run. We love grilled Zucchini- we are having several times a week these days. It's great in Indian dishes too (which we cook a lot)

Sure. I’m always up for a good recipe. I have another coming up in a day or so. Cucumbers slowly coming. Tomatoes set but still green.
