It's going to be a protein rich weekend at Casa Teefus. Strip Steaks tonight, Baby Back Ribs Saturday, and a Low and Slow Chuck Roast Sunday. I don't think the Egg will cool off until Monday.

A guy I work with is a big Kamado cooker user (he has a Vision brand) He also got a Traeger pellet grille this spring. Mock them if you will, but they fill a niche. He can prep four racks of ribs Friday morning before work, have his wife set them on the grille at noon and push the go button, and be feasting with his family when he gets home from work. No muss, no fuss, set it and forget it. There's something to be said for that. He's a Gin and Tonic guy too.Michiana, South of the border.
