    1) Light charcoal
    2) score duck skin
    3) rub with favorite spices
    4) place on egg breasts up and roast at 350* until golden brown
    5) Feast.
    That sounds great.

If it is worth doing, it is worth overdoing.

Proud and vocal Vegan.  I don't see why an animal should lose their life, just so you can have a snack.

In a country such as this, where there are fruits, grains, and nuts in abundance, how can one think that he must eat the flesh of dead animals?

Thanks guys, Have yet to try it but will let you know how it turns out when I do.  Wife loved the boned leg of lamb and the ribs so things are looking up. She is not as much of a fan of bbq as I am.  Hopefully the BGE will win her over.

Think I overdid it some. Was tasty but kind of dry and tough. Also could have been in freezer too long.
