Poor Man’s Burnt End BBQ Pizza

My buddy convinced me to join the site. He said it’s a great community full of great ideas. My latest experiment was using leftover poor man’s burnt ends (chuck roast) to make a BBQ stuffed crust pizza. Turned out great! Comments

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...

I just rolled some mozzarella cheese sticks into the edge of the crust when I rolled it out. I essentially just used the stuffed crust recipe from Sam the Cooking Guy on YouTube and made it BBQ, then cooked it in the eggKayak said:How do you stuff the crust, anyway? -
