Poor Man’s Burnt End BBQ Pizza

My buddy convinced me to join the site. He said it’s a great community full of great ideas. My latest experiment was using leftover poor man’s burnt ends (chuck roast) to make a BBQ stuffed crust pizza. Turned out great!

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
