OT: Grillo's Pickles - ATT: COSTCO customers :OT
We have only been COSTCO members for 3 years and even though we still maintain our SAMS membership as well we are HOOKED on COSTCO!
Now, shifting gears here...I happen to love dill pickles and over the years have bought many different brands from stores and even via Amazon. I hate to admit this but quite often I will open a jar, taste a couple and then pitch the jar!
On our last visit to COSTCO I happened to see a container of Grillo's Dill Pickle chips. They are made and distributed in/from Needham, MA and here we are in IL.
WE have FINALLY FOUND DILL CHIPS WE LOVE!!!
I see they have to be kept refrigerated so I can't just go buy umpteen jars for the pantry...SO do you long time COSTCO customers know if Grillo's are an always stocked item, or was this a chance in a lifetime that I found them?

Publix carries the dill and hot pickle spears. They are an awesome product. You have to eat them quickly. They have a short shelf life.

It never ends. Something else I have to buy. I am in."Knowledge is Good" - Emil Faber

For hamburger dill pickles, my favorite are the Great Value ones at WalMart.

Website also shows them at super target storesThank you,DarianGalveston Texas

I have bought them at our local Publix.
The primary difference that I noted, they are packed in a more acidic brine than most refrigerated pickles, they reminded me of pickles that my Uncle used to make many years ago. -
Agreed 100%. Grillo’s pickles—both dill and hot—are some of the best we’ve ever had. Our local Costco has carried them for the past few months. And Whole Foods locations in our area have carried both the chips and spears for about a year.Bridgeport, Chicago, IL

Living in Mass, we’ve had access to Grillo’s for years now. Absolutely love them. Now the secret is out. Good for them.

I purchased some TRU original recipe pickles from the local Ace. Those are also some very good pickles. I ended up buying a variety pack off of Amazon. They're not priced to be my go to unless Ace keeps carrying them or I find another local provider.

Looked for them today and unfortunately they aren’t in my local Costco. Will keep an eye out for them and thanks- love a good dill pickle.Greensboro, NC

I picked some of the hot ones today, but I didn't think they were hot all all. Very tasty, but not much heat at all

Picked up a bucket of the dill spears at BJ's yesterday.A decent pickle, better than most grocery store pickles. I'll likely buy more down the road.“Reality is that which, when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away.” ― Philip K. Diçk

We picked up some of the chips at the local grocery today. They were pretty good, but I can't say they knocked my tits off (as my wife likes to say). Looking forward to trying the spears.Stillwater, MN

Got some of the hot spears yesterday- they have a fresh dill heavy flavor. Not as much vinegar as you get from a Claussen style. They are not spicy and a solid pickle.Greensboro, NC

Anyone figure out how to open their plastic containers (first opening) without spilling the brine all over the counter?
