Pork steaks

Had swmbo grab a couple packs boneless pork butt country ribs today. Cranked out some pork steaks tonight for the first time. Dang good! I used this recipe: https://grillinfools.com/blog/2009/03/25/a-midwestern-bbq-staple-pork-steaks/

    Those look great. Did you pull out the plate setter and grill direct at some point, or did you just go indirect the entire time? 


    Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

    Yup, I pulled it got the egg up to about 550°, seared the poke at the ring, pulled the meat, saucer,  put the woo and plate setter back in and finished em up with dome closed for about 5 minutes.
