Pizza Cook with Norah Grace

Today Norah Grace and I had a blast we got in the pool...and cooked some pizzas on the XL BGE.
The setup: 20 inch Kiln-shelf for the I direct portion, 4 inch kiln-shelf raisers to get the stone up in the dome.
The egg was filled with a full load of ROCKWOOD and held a perfect 750. We let the Egg heat with the stones in it for 2hrs.
The Pizzas
Thanks everyone for looking

@Photo Egg I was a little nervous with her sliding them on to the stone...she told me no worries dad, it’s like The game Jenga, don’t let it topple...she’s defiantly got my got her mom humor.XL BGE, KJ classic, Joe Jr, UDS x2
