Never going back to supermarket turkey. 6# bone in breast, brined in honey-molasses goodness, jerk rubbed, apple and cherry smoked, sliced and packaged for sandwiches into the foreseeable future.

Love it. We eat out of a cooler during softball season (if it ever rolls back around) and this will be perfect for that.
    Thanks for sharing.

Works like a dream. A bit of a PITA to haul around and clean. But the more I use it, the easier it gets. And nothing beats uniform slices of turkey and bacon.

Most excellent. I'll bet that beats store bought deli meat any day.
