I'm 75 years young now, but I grew up fishing in IA in a tributary to the Mississippi and crappies were plentiful as were catfish...BUT a meal of crappies after a great day of fishing with my Dad, my Grandfather and my favorite Uncle could not have produced a better childhood memory!

Back in the day, dad and I would crappie fish at Lake Guntersville three or four times each spring. Your pic of the hall evokes fond memories.
