Made Some Shrimp and Andouille with Grits

I cooked the Cajun Shrimp and Andouille on the mini 


Incredible scrumptious dinner ready for consumption

    I would crush that.  If I thought that I could create anything like that out of a freezer dive I would have a diver's certificate.  Well done.  Diamond plate is strong these days.  
    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

    My wife is from the south.  She wooed me with her southern drawl, kind heart and her cooking.  Shrimp and grits sealed the deal for me.  

    So, yeah.  I like this post.

    My 'bama nurse/author/teacher GF got me with her breakfast biscuits.  She never would show me how to make them....  :|

    Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
