I've lost my supplier for pork butts. Looking for frozen, cryovac, bone in pork butts online via mail order, 10-12 lbs. Can anyone point me to a reliable source?

Thanks.

I'm a big fan of Creekstone Farms. I'll typically buy this combo

Why not buy fresh from pretty much any grocery store.

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Me either. Instacart.com. Pick a store...

I use instacart all the time. Just got a delivery yesterday from them. Not really sure how I'd order a pork butt off there. Have you? Do you trust the instacart shopper to know what to ask the butcher for and to get the right thing?

LOL, don't know if I got the "right thing" or not. Mine came in a web wrap. I assume that means it's boneless. Haven't cooked it yet. Not gonna worry about it.

I guess I'm picky. If I'm going to spend most of my day cooking on the Egg the right ingredients are pretty important to  me. I have bought pork butt from my local butcher, they're not on instacart. I have another butcher/service that is delivering but no pork butt on the menu. I typically shop for my of my groceries in person at Whole Foods. Their online ordering is jacked and I haven't been able to get anything from them for over a month.

@Carolina Q I got one of those, I think it was 3 pieces of loin in a net.

We'll see. I cooked a pork loin lo n slo the other day. Turned out almost as good as a standard butt!

You have to prioritize. I started using Instacart in Dec 2019, before the madness started. Have been relatively satisfied. Will the shopper pick a brisket like you would? Heck naw. But if you’re  determined to not enter a grocery store right now, you have to let go a little.

Grocery stores in my area offer curbside pickup, no entering the store.  Some COSTCO locations offer home delivery
