Haven't posted in awhile so figured I would post last night's dinner. I was actually looking for peach preserves at home in order to do @YukonRon   method but did not have any. Called an audible and used Elderberry jelly. Wife does not usually like ribs but she liked these. Only rubbed them with the jelly before cooking did not use any finishing sauce. Pictures below. I had an elderberry tree in my yard and loved it. We tried to make jam a couple of times but we never had enough. The birds got them before we did.

Beautiful cooks, just about any fruit preserve can work with pork, it seems. Great call, on the jelly.
