Fire box is cracking...

Horizontal crack along the midsection between the vent holes. I’ve only removed the fire box a few times for deep cleaning here/there. Did not see this crack last time.

Happens to all of them. They are covered under warranty for for life but unusually let mine fall apart before replacing. They are perfectly fine to use; even in a few pieces as long as they fit together evenly. Mine always crack within a few months of getting a new one but they generally last a few years before they need to be replaced.

Here is one I just recently replaced. It was like this for 6 months before I bothered to replace it. The below pic is the same box so fit together and worked fine.

My XL firebox is currently in a bunch of pieces.  It mostly fits together.  Sometimes a piece will fall against the back wall.  I would show pics, put I am currently using it.  I just haven't found anytime in the last year or so to replace it.

Yep, a simple and common warranty replacement. Your dealer might even have a spare in stock he can swap for you right away.

My fire box has been cracked like that for about 4 years. The crack has never gotten worse.

or is there a way to glue with some high temp adhesive so I can put it back together?

mine is cracked into 2 pieces but it's still functional. I keep the warranty replacement in storage if/when I ever need to replace it.
