Toasted some Frosted Flakes and then steeped in heavy cream and whole milk. Strained the cream and milk mixture and simmered with brown sugar and gelatin. Set in ramekins to cool.

Crushed some additional Frosted Flakes mixed  with sugar and chocolate caramel sea salt. Melted some butter to mix this all together and then baked until golden crunchy to add as a crunchy texture topping for the panna cotta.

  • Very cool. We have made this and few other Milk Bar things. I have also  had this at Milk Bar Vegas. Good eats await.

Didn’t know what panna cotta was - now I want some.

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"
