Norah Grace made a simple meal

Norah Grace absolutely loves the Misfits Market produce box we’ve been getting. Tonight she made some grilled glazed carrots with some Dizzy Pig seasoned chicken thighs. The cook was straight forward, she got the grill settled in at 325 and slow roasted the carrots, which were seasoned with a little pineapple head and something called Twisted Q Havana. Once the carrots were close to done she tossed on the chicken thighs which were seasoned with a mix a Peruvian-ish and a touch of PineappleHead.
The chicken was then sauces with her absolute favorite bbq sauce from BBQ Bob. Below are a few photos of her efforts tonight.
