2 racks on the egg. Not going to wrap. Just rubbed with SPOG, basting with apple juice. About 3 hours in...
Did some wings earlier (no pics). One of the best tips I’ve picked up here is mixing the rub with corn starch before applying to the wings. These came out quite crunchy.
Here in central Maryland - first February since 1884 with no snow. It’s cold out, though - wind chill is 20.

They look awesome. Put me in the no wrap group. I may put a little foil on the ends if they start to get some char on them, but that's it. Just let it run at whatever temp the egg settles in on, and let 'em go until they pass the tooth pick test.
