OT — Whole Fried Pork Tenderloin

Did this inside tonight in the CI skillet. Simply because I had oil leftover in the skillet from last night in which I had fried okra. Turned out real good. Just gotta keep an eye on things with the thermapen as to not overfry or undercook it. Topped with a good amount of grated Parmesan before serving.
