Shepherds Pie

Continuing to cook for the week, today made some Shepherds Pie, always good winter food.

As with my Lasagna post from yesterdays cook, I smoked the hamburger.



Fried up some onions, carrots, corn and pees.



Pan filled up and waiting for some gravy and the potatoes



Cooking away to get it all together.



It was great!   Lots of leftovers for the week.   Next week ... chicken!

Served here with home made green bean pickles from last summer.
