Pulled Chicken Sandwich and Onion Rings

Rubbed some thighs with BBBR and Dizzy Dust and smoked over some red oak @250 raised direct until they hit between 190-200. Made a mop sauce from Nibble me this and soaked them every 30 mins or so 
Made some fresh onion rings in the Air Fryer while the chicken was cooling of enough to pull.
Loaded up a bun with chicken, Stubbs TN red sauce and fresh slaw.
Good groceries for a Sunday night and the rest will go to the grandkids tomorrow.
