Pork Tenderloin Sliders

This came together in about an hour and a half. 

Hit the tenderloin with a mixture of pineapple head + 5 spice powder. 

Pineapple rings from a can, hit with the dust and grilled. 

Spicy Asian slaw — home made vinegar-based dressing featuring sweet chili garlic sauce, hoisin and soy.   

Kings Hawaiian rolls with just a bit of peppery bbq sauce to prevent too much slider sliding. 

Paired nicely with bourbon-pineapple Manhattans. (Wasn’t supposed to let that all that juice go to waste, was I?)
