Buffalo Trace makes a killer Bourbon Cream. Excellent add for your coffee on Superbowl Sunday.

Doing a whole beef tenderloin roast, smoked with white french oak and pecan. Sides will be crusted baked potatoes and asparagus roasted with herbs de province, desert will be apple pie.

The red will be 96 point triple platinum sirah and the white will be a 94 point double platinum chardonnay both from SG.

And during the day......wings!!!!!

Pork belly burnt ends, ABTs, and potato skins on the egg.  Wife is making buffalo chicken meatballs inside.  I hope the Chiefs win but I think the Niners are going to be tough to beat.

Would like to see KC win, it's been awhile.
I see on the news this morning the third-most popular Bowl snack is "Buffalo Dip".  I had to look that up, and I don't think I've ever had it; weird.

My wife got me into this.  It’s really good we use a rotisserie from the store ($5 well spent) and have meat for other uses.  I’m about to go grab a chicken for it now.

I have 2 pork butts, both about 9 lbs. each) that went on 10 PM last night.  Always amazed at how good the BBQ Stoker keeps a constant temperature.  Using Jealous Devil lump for the cook.  I think if the 49ers can put pressure on Mahomes, they can win it.  Should be a great game!
