OT - Himalayan salt block Scallops & Tuna

Finally got around to trying out my Himalayan salt block with some jumbo scallops and sushi grade tuna. About 3-4min per side for a quick salt cure and they were both amazing! Kept it simple, lemon zest on the scallops and super thin jalapeño and scallions on the tuna. I’ll definitely be playing with this some more, especially cause I have access to such great seafood in Maine! Thanks for looking!
