Buy wings, fire egg with oak chunk, rub wings with 50/50 Tsunami Spin/Old Bay 


Cook at 425 direct up on the extender for 40ish mins 
Remove to a plate and drizzle with a Sambal Oelek, Sweet Soy and Worcestershire sauce mix.  Garnish however.  


Quick, Easy and Tasty for a Thursday night.

    Its not.....but if it was, i would be dragging my wing man @YukonRon with me. You are safe this weekend. No need to hit the store for more wings.

    I tried some Hatch Valley 505 "medium" sauce and WOW it has 1 heck of a bite.

    I use it for flavoring or dipping sauce especially on fresh rolls.  Heat level is maybe a 5. Not hot hot but pleasant
