Brother is in town for the week so I had to do a steak dinner. I pulled two SRF steaks out of the freezer for a reverse sear, local Maine scallops, hasselbeck potatoes and asparagus! He’s a sommelier and picked a great Beaujolais which was perfect with dinner! Thanks for looking!
