Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki

This turned out great, but we found the chicken would probably be better on it's own, with rice or salad ... that is where the leftovers will go this week.  The sweet onion sauce was OK,   I do not like Dijon so used regular mustard, I will need to experiment more there.  Once it was on the sub you could not taste it much.

The chicken was cooked on the Egg as usual, just with salt and pepper and the Teriyaki sauce.  Once cooked, I sliced it up and mixed in the remainder or the teriyaki sauce.




All this snow was from yesterday, not much compared to some other places.
