Beef chuck short ribs (no bone)

I picked up a pack of Beef Chuck Short Ribs (no bone) at Costco. They have great fat marbling in them but I have no idea how to cook them. I've searched a few recipes and have found bone in short rib recipes but not sure how the lack of a bone will impact the cook... Has anyone cooked these before and have recipes, tips, tricks?
