XL Package Deal

Been offered a new from dealership XL with nest, cover for $1100. Might try to get them to include plate setter but if not any input on cost of that or similar aftermarket?
Have had a large for 8 years so pretty much know what I'd be getting into. 
Just don't have a sense for how good of a deal this would be.  Limited dealership options where I'm looking..
This would be a primary grill at secondary residence where I will occasionally need the size of the XL.

That’s a good price.  My XL was $1200 in 2015, and didn’t include any accessories.  Just the egg.

My XL in 2018 with the nest + nest handler was $1100 out the door.  No other accessories.  I bought the adjustable rig and woo from ceramic grill store, but I have the eggspander for one of my larges and really like it.  I would recommend checking it out as well as another option.  Also since your dealer sells it, it could be used as part of your bargaining.  My XL platesetter is used only 1-2 times a year, its not as versatile as the others in my opinion.

Judging by your handle, I assume you live in LV. Where are you seeing an XL for that price? That may make me go down and get one.

Wow. That’s outrageous. You’ve got an excuse to come hang out in Atlanta now. I’ve seen that as low as $899 here.

If you want to save money, buy just the egg and pick up a nest and mates for $50 or less used on Craigslist or FB marketplace.

That is what they want for just the egg around here, $100 more for the XL....bummer. But i am good....just finished off my collection....next will be a stick burner....

The deal isn't in LV. Second home is going to be FL.  Having said that it's at an Ace Hardware so it might be worth a visit to the LV Ace.
The FL Ace didn't have a large but immediately offered the discount on the XL they had on the floor.
