As already posted, look at Ceramic Grill Store (https://ceramicgrillstore.com/) for your accessories. I got the Woo ring for my large BGE (got it for the medium I sold, but only after getting the platesetter, which then sat unused) with the full stone, drip pan and handles. Best single purchase you can make. I also like the Smokeware cap on my egg. I know the new eggs come with a different setup than my first (only a year apart) but I still like the Smokeware cap. For me, it's easy to control the temps in the egg that way.

I also advise getting a remote thermometer for your longer sessions. Or when cooking thicker items (roasts, turkey breasts or whole birds). As the saying goes "if you're lookin, you ain't cookin."

I smoked a 19.5# turkey in my large egg the other day. Was able to keep the temp in the 225-250F range for most of that (after it ramped up when adding the Woo ring and flavor wood along with the bird). Came out epic. Using the remote thermometer meant I didn't look inside even once after putting it in to smoke. I set the alarm at 163F this time, since going to done temp often results in it being over. Carry-over with the cooking temp got it up just over 165F while resting.

Going to get a set plate and maybe a charcoal basket any other must haves to get me up and rolling
    thanks!
A setup for indirect cooking is a must have.  There are alternatives to the platesetter offered by other supplies.  Check out the alternatives.

Be patient before buying other items.  There are lots of items offered to spend your money on and the folk on this forum enjoy spending other people's money!   :)   Most of the items are not needed but rather make things more convenient or consistent.  Many are worth getting. Learn to cook with the basic setup before going crazy with accessories.  There are several alternatives for every item you find, some are better than others, so careful shopping is wise.

IMO/IME, the Kick Ash Basket is 10000% worth every penny it costs. Get the Kick Ash bucket to go with it and cleanup is crazy easy. The KABasket is such a great item that BGE attempted to duplicate it (IMO, they failed). I have zero issues using the KAB items to cook low and slow, or hot and fast (grilling).
