Also made an absolutely delicious brussel sprouts dish that got devoured before pics could be taken.

Deep fried brussel sprouts, tossed in a bourbon maple aioli with bacon, garlic, minced raw red onion, and topped with fleur de sel.

And for good measure made some of the “best appetizer” to snack on while cooking.
