Pulled Pork Bruschetta

Was planning on having a Brisket sandwich for dinner the other night.  What was labeled Brisket was actually half of a Pork Butt.  Too much for a single meal so I needed to find a use for it.  Did a search and found a recipe for Pulled Pork Bruschetta.  Made it for the work Christmas party yesterday.  It was gone in record time and received many complements.  Toasted some baguette with olive oil, roasted garlic, salt and fresh cracked pepper.  Topped with pulled pork, caramelized onions with pepper bacon and BBQ sauce.  It was tasty.  Here are the pictures.  Going to make another batch for Christmas Eve with the family.
