The mall starts flooding and the local band stops playing mall music and switches to the Titanic song. That is just straight gangster.

As a 17 year survivor of prostate cancer I am living proof it can be beaten! When mine was detected I was just 57. My Gleason score was an 8+ and for the uninformed a 9 is dead man walking...10 is flower town.lousubcap said:No jokes or otherwise humor here but I will tell you that with aggressive treatment this is one that you can truly beat. Early detection (hopefully here) can stop this in its tracks.
It takes a special relationship to reveal prostrate (or any) cancer outside the family. You are obviously held in high regard.
I wish her husband and family the strength and drive to kill this f'ing deal up front. Take no prisoners.
Reminder to the family: you are your own best advocates. Keep pushing for the right treatments.
They've got this!

Got an update after they met with the oncologist and it sounds like he’s opted for removal. While he could first go for less invasive treatments, these would introduce further complications were removal to be desired in the future. He has three brothers and a father who have all battled prostate cancer, so I think he’s opted to take the cautious route on this basis.RRP said:

The family and he have got this as noted prior. Given the family history I can understand his decision. Now the key is to always remember the late great Leroy "Satchel" Paige", "Don't look back, somethin' might be gainin' on ya." Again, take no prisoners.GrateEggspectations said:

The flop eared goat is the leader. The steer is the muscle, sheep is the brains. The llama is.., well cause every gang needs a llama... The rooster is the enforcer.
LBGE (still waitin' for my free T-Shirt), DIgiQ DX2 (In Blue, cause it's the fastest), Heavy Duty Kick Ash Basket, Mc Farland, WI.

If it wasn't for my BGE I'd have no use for my backyard... -
