Pork Reheat

I have a pulled pork shoulder that I need to reheat for an office potluck. I am planning on using a crockpot since I will not have access to an oven. I am thinking about using some kind of sauce/juice to help with moisture. I am open and looking for suggestions.

I always save the juice from the cook, chill and remove the fat and add the juice back when reheating...if you did not save any, I would add something for the reheat depending what end result you are doing, I prefer something vinegar basedVisalia, Ca @lkapigian

Vac seal (or freezer zip bags). Reheat with sous vide or just a stockpot and 160° water. If not possible, place bag(s) in water filled crockpot (on low), add a little NC BBQ sauce to each packet.
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

I prefer to reheat in vac seal bags as Carolina Q states above but I have had success reheating in a crockpot. I used apple juice for moisture. It doesn’t take much depending on how long you keep it heated. Check it periodically to make sure it doesn’t dry out.
