Prime packer brisket

This was a few months back, but maybe my best yet. 

Prime packer from Costco. Smoked ~250F with pecan. Paper stuck to the bark on one spot, but was otherwise perfect. 


Albuquerque, NM - LBGE and an old rusted gasser that I use for accessory storage.
