I did it, all by myself

After my recent purchase of an XXL I found that it was impossible to align the top and bottom.  Following a call to the Mother Ship, Bruce mailed me a new updated band kit.  I was very worried about the installation process (mainly because this thing is enormous and very heavy).  Well, after about 75 minutes I am glad to say it worked (and works).  I no longer have an overbite (well I do but my XXL does not). Additionally, I have a good seal with no air gap.  

Next - what shall my first cook be???  I have a lot of real estate, I was thinking of starting with a burger - a big one and a toasted bun.

I did a pork butt for my first cook years ago, long cook at a lower temp to break it in.

I have not filled it yet, but I think it will hold a full bag

The hot dog should be all beef.  So raise your own cattle and then borrow some wheat from your neighbors.  Gotta take some short cuts somewhere.
