Haven’t cooked on BGE XL in about a year now!!!! Got the ok Friday to be able to lift the dome(thank the Lord). Going with a clean burn today and then an overnight/all day cook this week. Looking for suggestions on what to cook first. Was thinking about a low and slow chuck roast.
