Saturday Thanksgiving Start

Cooked the Turkey Spatchcock on Saturday for a small family gathering- Thursday I'll go elsewhere.  So no final pic.

But the real story is... when you wake up and its this cold

You go ahead and get some cheese out

Still need to put the ice to help keep the temp down
